Refund policy
We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Delayed delivery once the order is in transit
- Opened or used items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
Important Notes
Snugg0 is a novelty wearable onesie designed for fun, comfort, lounging, sleepovers, themed events, and gifting. The product is intended for recreational and gifting purposes only. Minor cosmetic variations, color differences, stitching variations, fabric texture differences, or packaging differences do not qualify as defects. Customers acknowledge they are purchasing a novelty wearable and understand the appearance, fit, and intended use of the product prior to ordering. Refunds will not be issued for customers who claim they were unaware of the product's design, style, or novelty nature, as this is clearly displayed in all product images and descriptions. Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Snugg0 is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
